London, - Arsene Wenger welcomed the arrival of David Beckham at Arsenal's training camp. He believes the former England captain was able to inspire the younger players the Gunners.

Beckham coming to Arsenal is not a new player. He only asked for permission to Wenger to come to practice for three weeks to continue to maintain his physical fitness. Understandably, Beckham did not have a club after leaving the Los Angeles Galaxy last month.

Although Beckham's just not going to ride the exercise and recruited his team, Wenger still feel good. He hopes the young players 'Gunner' can get good advice from the senior class player Beckham.

"He was fantastic. That's one of the reasons I brought him here," said Wenger told The Sun.

"Beckham has always had good advice for people. Younger England players watch and listen to his advice. Advice was positive," he continued.

"This guy has fantastic quality and have done the maximum of his career. Why? Because he loves football. Following training, he stayed and played," said Wenger.

After leaving the Galaxy, Beckham is actually getting an offer from Queens Park Rangers, West Ham, Monaco, and clubs from China, Brazil, and South Africa. However, he reportedly would prefer to remain without a club until next summer.

"He was a sportsman and wanted to fit. Due perhaps in June, he plans to play somewhere. Or maybe he'll take off for three or four months?" Wenger said.

"She has given excellent service to the UK and you are always trying to help people like that," he said.
