SEA Games athletes Pool Follow "Swim Camp"




Swimmers Indonesia, Fauzi Triady, celebrate after winning the 4 x 100 meter relay medley son at the Stadium Pool Jakabaring, Palembang, South Sumatra, on Thursday (17/11). Triady along I Gede Siman Sudartawa, Indra Gunawan, and Glenn Victor Sutanto gold medal as well as a new SEA Games record with a time of 3:41,35 seconds.



JAKARTA,- The pool of athletes prepared for the SEA Games Myanmar will attend swim camp in Perth, Australia, February.

The pool of athletes who will participate include major swimmers, like Glenn Victor Sutanto, Gede Siman Sudartawa, Triady Fauzi, Raina Saumi, Monaliza, and Jessy V Yosaputra.

"They will follow the swim camp in Perth for two weeks in February. Currently we are waiting for the schedule and the answer from the local swimming federation," said head coach the national pool, Hartadi Nurtjojo, Saturday (01/26/2013).

During the week (January 20 to 27) of the pool of athletes prepared for the SEA Games Myanmar, December, gathered at the Hotel Seruni Cisarua. The athletes in training and test to see their physical abilities.

According to Hartadi, in Australia, the athletes will undergo orientation and preparation before entering the long national training for 10 months in the same place. Earlier, three have expressed swimmer refused to follow national training for 10 months in Perth. Glenn Victor said he wants to practice in Singapore, while Gede Siman and Triadi Fauzy choose to practice in the country.

"Maybe that could go seven. We consider Ressa Kania Dewi or Ricky Anggawijaya addition," continued Hartadi.

Branch pool is one of the largest branch contributor gold medal at SEA Games XIV/2011 ago with six gold. At this year's SEA Games in Myanmar, given a target pool winning seven gold medals.
