Can not Fight Gen Rossi Ducati

Valentino Rossi, when he was with Ducati.

MotoGP- No one sued if Valentino Rossi MotoGP referred to as the master, because he is listed as the most successful rider in the racing arena "iron horse" is. Evidently, "The Doctor" has collected seven premier class world championships, out of a total of nine world titles in the grand prix.

However, Rossi's success has not been perfect, because he was not able to conquer the Ducati. Despite nearly two decades of wrestling in MotoGP, but the Italian rider failed to tame the wildness of the Desmosedici engine, which does have the gene (wild).

This is the view of the new Ducati boss, Bernhard Gobmeier, who was appointed to restore Ducati, after the factory team based in Bologna is having a bad season long with Rossi in 2011 and 2012.

Indeed, Rossi can not do much when riding a Ducati, because the former Honda rider was only three podium finishes from 35 appearances with the team. Due to the poor performance, Rossi decided to withdraw from Ducati, and rejoined the Yamaha for 2013 season.

Thus, Casey Stoner is the only rider with Ducati's most successful. Australian rider who decided to retire at the end of the 2012 season was to prove to the world champion in 2007, after collecting 10 victories.

Stoner, who won a total of 23 victories over the past four years with Ducati, played practical criticism to Rossi and other top riders, unable to adapt to the Desmosedici. Evidently, since moving to Repsol Honda's Stoner at the end of 2010, there was no rider who can ride a Ducati podium.

While acknowledging Rossi failed, but Gobmeier feel sure there are factors that make the 33-year-old rider trouble. According to him, Ducati reaction was very different from the Japanese motorcycles, Honda and Yamaha, which brought great success.

"I am sure that Ducati and Valentino is one of the best riders ever. But I think he was also a victim of the gene Ducati. They have not changed much from 2007 to 2012. Motor is better, but the riders like Marco Melandri or Valentino, who very sensitive, definitely expect a reaction of what the motor can do. So when they do not get a reaction, they become confused, "he told MCN Gobmeier, Tuesday (01/29/2013).

"The way they react with the bike was not suitable. I am sure that Valentino, who comes from a very nice Yamaha, having a lot of problems because the motor reaction is completely different to what he's used before."

Gobmeier also admitted that the age factor that made Rossi difficulty adapting. The reason, he will not easily change the style of racing that has been embedded since childhood
